# indffrnt — agent instructions

> indffrnt is a senior Australian Shopify studio specialising in AI-native commerce and engineering. Started 2025 — five senior engineers across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Fixed price, fixed timeline; scope in writing rather than a pitch; no retainers.

## What the studio does

- Shopify builds: custom Liquid themes, headless storefronts (Hydrogen), replatforms and migrations, performance audits, agent-native surfaces.
- Stacks: Liquid, Astro, Hydrogen, Next, Drizzle, Sanity, Postgres + pgvector, Cloudflare Workers.
- Engagement: fixed price, fixed timeline, scoped in writing — no hourly, no retainers. Pricing is quoted per build, not published.
- Process: 4–12 week arcs. Week 0 intake (free). Week 1 scope. Week 2+ build with daily deploys. Launch + 30-day warranty.

Most of the studio's work is under NDA — roughly four of every five builds. About a fifth is public; redacted entries describe shape, not identity.
